As a Bridgewater homeowner, we love our home, want to make it a place to be proud of, the overall quality is good, but be prepared before you buy from them: the Bridgewater customer service is non-existent, they will flat out ignore you, be rude, will not give any way to access them except by email which takes days to get a response if at all. Once your closing date happens, you are told to stay out of the sales office. And we picked up so many nails and just junk and construction trash out of our yard it was disgusting. They never came back and did any of the touch ups for paint, etc. and we just gave up on them entirely trying to contact them or ask for any type of assistance because they will twist and turn your words around and just be completely rude and disrespectful and do anything they can to lie, buy time or just ignore any issues that we as homeowners now want to ask about. Most especially, our concrete driveway and walkway are awful!!! We are going to have to pay to have this redone ourselves and we have only been in our home since March, which was actually supposed to be December, with very little updates on the delay. There are four other houses on our street where their concrete looks just as horrible as ours. We will be more than glad to tell anyone and everyone we can that Bridgewater customer service stinks, actually you might like it if you like hearing words like "in consolation it will look better in a few years, don't worry it's adequate, and it's just a house built by human beings" when their huge advertising sign in our neighborhood says it will be a "luxury home!" Hopefully at some point, others will take note and remember that we were treated wrongly and unfairly and save themselves the trouble and money of that in the future and look for another contractor. What would have been such an easy fix to our driveway and walkway could have easily avoided all of the negative feelings we have toward them.
