Permits

Don't waste your time with these guys, because they will waste yours. I first contacted them the second week of June to participate in the Cool Savers Program through Entergy. I was told I would receive a call back to schedule an appointment. The guy seemed nice, so I decided to go with his company. Unfortunately I never heard back from him. I called back on the 21st, attempting to follow up because I had my first baby on the way. He was cordial, and apologetic and stated that he had lost my number. We scheduled an appointment for Wednesday, June 28th at 8:00am. A remarkable turn around given how hot it is currently.
The morning of the 28th, I, my wife, and our 4 day old baby sat peacefully in my bedroom (the only cool room in the house) all morning. We had placed a sign on the door asking visitors not to ring the doorbell. Again, brand new baby. Mr. Brock stated that he knocked and then left when I called him later that day. My rather obvious retort was "why didn't you call me?" There were three cars in the driveway so it was more than apparent that someone was home. He provided me with the exact same excuse that he offered before: that he didn't have my number. It is astonishing to me that the man would have my name, appointment time, and home address, but somehow not have my phone number! Maybe its just me, and the fact that I've worked in customer service before, but if I was to drive all the way to someone's house I sure wouldn't leave without exhausting every option.
My frustrations were compounded when I called to ask what had happened and if told me he would call me back. I offered to send him a text with my number because, well, you know. He said no, that he had it and that he would call me back in an hour. After 4 hours I sent him the text anyway. When he finally called me back he attempted to schedule me for over a month out... Needless to say, as a potential customer, I felt insulted. My baby's comfort and my business will go to a company capable of keeping someone's phone number saved.
