Broken Bow never ordered a generator we had ordered back in March of 2022. Dean said it would be available in October. October came and went and no generator. We called the generator company he supposedly ordered from and and they never had a record of him ordering a generator. Dean of Broken Bow who is married to Melissa Bower and who the broken Bow name is actually under took $6,432 dollars from us and never refunded our money. They are also not contacting us back and seem to be on the run from anyone that they owe money too. Do not use them!
