I ordered a custom garage service door from Lowe’s on Plainfield in mid January. It arrived early February. Brom Builders contacted me and we set up March 1 for install since the scheduler said they might need up to 3 hours for installation. He arrived on time and it was done in less than 2. My support wall needed extra framing since it was out of square. They provided the lumber. I purchased my own lock and deadbolt which they installed. Afterwards he vacuumed up and took my old door away. I was very pleased with them and will use them again!

Have been attempting to get a door purchased from Lowes in August of 2021 installed by Brom Builders since early July, they are horrible at communicating and have yet to send an experienced installer out to finish the job that I purchased over a year ago. Painful customer experience, have asked for help from the Lowes Store Manager in Kalamazoo several times this Spring and Summer. Basic customer service and communication skills are totally lacking.

Really bad at communicating. I call leave a message and never got anything back to the point I never called back. They installed a sliding screen door that didn't work properly and left without telling me. Only way I found out is I went to try the door for myself. I noticed the exterior door was poorly installed the bolt to the threshold was stripped out and left a gap under door that wasn't sealed up... I would buy things from lowes just not have brom builders install very poor craftsmanship and will do you wrong.
