Brook resurfaced my walkway at front entry. Did awesome and timely job. Would not hesitate to recommend him highly and would hire him for future jobs without hesitation.

Brook repaired a severely cracked walkway, and now it looks great! He got the job done fast and was wonderful to work with.

Replace/rebuild a 12 foot sagging kitchen wall with a four foot shear wall with footing and 8 foot beam.

No project goes without glitches and unforeseen problems to be dealt with. You can have plans but the project seems to have other ideas at times too.

Brook and crew were eager to get to work. After about six months of dealing with contractors who either did not want the job or did not show up for work, Brook showed up as promised and went right to work.

When problems arose Brook worked through them or otherwise allowed me time to deal with the city building department and/or architect in order that project could be completed.

I found Brook to be seriously concerned with doing what needed to be done, meeting code and making the inspector happy with as little fuss as necessary.

While there were many positives about Brook Bennett what impressed me the most was his outstanding positive attitude.

I'll be calling Brook and crew back for more work in a few weeks.

This project involved building a 4 foot shear wall, pouring a foundation and installing a beam where a sagging 12 foot wall was.

AN AWNING/CARPORT WAS FALLING AWAY FROM THE BUILDING AND BROOK GAVE ME AN ESTIMATE AND WE HIRED HIM THE FOLLOWING DAY AND HE SHOWED UP AND GOT THE JOB DONE THAT VERY SAME DAY. EXCELLENT WORK AND VERY PROMPT

We have had Brook complete many projects for us at our residence and our two rental properties during the past 5+ years. He is hardworking and versatile. If there is something he doesn't know how to do, he will research it to learn what steps to take. Brook takes great pride in doing high quality work. Among the projects he's done for us recently is a river rock mailbox pillar which came out beautifully, even though he had never built one before! He has done several interior and exterior painting projects, patched and painted all of the stucco on a nearly 100 yr old home, refinished our floor, built a pool deck, put in a new granite countertop and sink in our bathroom, installed a new toilet and bathroom vanity, replaced several light fixtures, replaced wrought iron, built an outdoor stairway, and restored the wooden banisters on a front porch. For one project Brook used his personal time to meet me at the hardware store to help me pick everything out. On another occasion he took me to look for just the right piece of granite for our bathroom. He always gives his best estimate before beginning a project, adjusting when and if necessary, with our approval, and gives us all of his receipts for our records. We look forward to having Brook complete more projects in the future!

I have worked with Brook on several projects for properties that we manage. Brook jackhammered a large area of Concrete slab out in a underground parking area in order for us to reach broken sewer lines that needed repaired & replaced. He also designed and replaced a beautiful walkway for another property. His knowledge and communication with his clients is outstanding. Brooks work is of the highest quality that lacks in many tradesmen today.

Brook Bennett remodeled two bedrooms and a hallway in my home. He removed popcorn from the ceiling, removed old layers of wallpaper. He painted both bedrooms proficiently, and recommended/installed modern baseboards and moldings in my son's bedroom. He turned a solid chunk of my house into a more advanced and superior looking area. Gave a reasonable price for his services. I highly recommend Brook and will definitely contact him if I need more improvements to my house.

Brook installed new hardwood floors throughout my entire house and did a great job. The floors are spectacular. He has also done several other projects for me, such as updating the plumbing fixtures, running a whole new drainage system outside so that water no longer collects under my house in the rainy season, upgrading my gate and fencing out back, installing a new door, and painting. He is professional and easy to work with. I recommend him for whatever your home or business construction needs might be. His pricing is fair and he is reliable.

Brook did an outstanding job building a block perimeter wall for me and designed a custom decorative wooden fence for my front yard landscaping. He is always fair, considerate and prompt in his work. He has also evaluated my home to see if it was properly bolted for earthquakes. Mostly Brook is creativein helping you design a project that is unique and appealing

Over the years, I have had Brook build, repair and paint at my home and business. From building a wooden fence, replacing floor moldings, demolishing a kitchen, bathroom repairs and replacements, to painting the exterior and interior of my home.
