His vision and ability to take my home from studs to an absolutely beautiful home, sustaining all it's original character was incredibly genius. Nothing was left unattended and cannot be happier! DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY! MATT REALLE WILL SCAM YOU AND TAKE YOUR MONEY. HE WILL NOT FINISH ANY PROJECT HE PROMISES. ONCE YOU CLOSE ON THE HOUSE HE WILL NEVER SHOW UP TO FINISH ANYTHING. SHIRE WAY HAS BEEN DONE FOR 4 YEARS AND HE STILL HASNT FINISHED OUR STREET!! ONCE AGAIN....DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BUILDER

We have been living in our Windmill Lane home for over a year and
these previous negative reviews do not reflect our experience in the least. Our journey with Brook View Developers has been 100% positive. We have built 2 previous homes and understand that we that there may be issues that need to be addressed in the first year. Matt has always been attentive and responsive to our needs from day one and we have a gorgeous home as a result.
We have proudly allowed Matt to show prospective buyers our home because we believe in his integrity, professionalism and skill as a quality contractor. I will admit that he hasn't been back to fill nail pops, but that is because we haven' had any! He is thorough, conscientious, reasonable, and honest.
I would leave 6 stars if it was an option.
