Awful! Completely terrible experience with Brookfield Custom Homes! The budget the builder provided is completely unrealistic and when we made our finish selections, which were average finishes, we were completely over budget causing us to come out of pocket a substantial amount of money. We had to have the house repainted multiple times because of the poor workmanship and poor quality paint the builder used. The outside porch has been repainted more than 3x's and it is still having issues. The house has had countless issues with our landscaping and drainage and our builder took 2 vacations during our building process leaving us to deal with the landscaping and drainage issues ourselves. Would highly recommend NOT USING Brookfield Custom Homes!
