Few people I know would enjoy the unpleasant task of spending a significant amount of money repairing their septic system. Brooks Construction & Septic managed to make this burdensome project much more tolerable.
Brian Brooks (owner) is friendly, considerate and knowledgeable. From the very beginning, Brian was helpful with suggestions and offerings. He has experience both with septic systems, but, also with the bureaucratic requirements. County applications, schedules and inspections were handled with efficiency and downhome friendliness.
My site presented several challenges: steep slope, cramped space and failing, old existing system. The area’s only access was by a single, narrow driveway with no turn-around space. I have a construction background, and while I am not an equipment operator, I feel I am qualified to judge ability. Brian is an artist with a backhoe. I wish I had been present to see how he overcame certain obstacles. But, alas, I was only able to observe many of his accomplishments afterwards. More than once, I was motivated to say, “How did he do that?”
I cannot think of anything Brooks Construction could have done better.
