Brookside failed to install my fence properly. It took 3 months to get it done right. Within a week they had to replace over 175 fence panels. After that tey had to come back and replace 100 panels. They told me the problem was that I ordered a cheap wood. I told him that was what Lowe's sold me. he said Lowe's dose that all the time. I had a manager come to my home each time they all agreed with me that was unacceptable he then had to repair it . Less than a year later I have warranty work. They are saying that it's natural warping a 6-foot gate should warp in by a foot. They continued to come up with excuse after excuse. Worst investment I had ever made. Kevin is not a businessman. He is a liar and a cheat. Please note that every issue I had with my fence was an issue with Kevin. What does that tell you?
