Jim Leeper of Brookside Signature Homes LLC built my brothers home on Groce Road in Corbett OR and also a neighborhood in Happy Valley. Both are in a lawsuit with Jim. DO NOT PURCHASE A HOME THIS MAN HAS BUILT. Looks beautiful, but it's the terrible quality of the build that will get you in the end. The Corbett home is literally sliding off it's foundation and the happy valley neighborhood is still wanting the Park promised in the plans which has never been completed and Jim does not respond to either lawsuit. SHAME ON HIM! The list is too long on the Corbett house to put on here. It's a minimum of $300,000 just to correct the problems wrong with it. Very sad....
