This builder built our home one year ago. I advised him in November or 2018 that the was a serious issue with our garage floor. He put me off for over six months and keep telling me that they could not replace the floors until March due to the weather. When March came around he still put me off. There was two separate engineers and another concrete professional that looked at my floors and all three of them came to the same conclusion. Either replace the floors or mud jack them, grind down the joints and epoxy the floors. One of the engineers being a concrete expert with over 25 years of strictly concret . The builder said numerous times over that six months that the floors would be replaced. At the end he now states the he nor the concrete subcontractor will fix the floors. I gave it a one star because you cannot give it zero.
