    My experience with Broome Builders if the Carolinas was a complete nightmare.The builder Ralph David Broome collected over $56,000 and did nothing but clear my lot ,graded the lot and paid none of the subcontractors .Then abandoned the build. Broome Builders of the carolinas is a scam

    I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND BROOME BUILDERS OF THE CAROLINAS, THIS COMPANY HAS BREACHED THEIR CONTRACT AND THEIR LICENSE WAS CEASE AND DISMISSED IN SC DURING MY BUILD. THE BUILDERS HAS MISUSED FUNDS.HAVE NOT PAID SUBCONTRACTORS AND HAS ABANDON THE CONTRACT. THUMBS DOWN FOR BROOME BUILDERS OF THE CAROLINAS
