Tim was initially very responsive and easy to work with, but that changed after he had received payment in full for our project. Shortly after our project was completed, we discovered that one of his crew had broken our outdoor landscape light and failed to report it to us. Tim agreed to reimburse us for it, but then I also discovered that he had not painted the arch over my palladium windows (as stated in the contract). Tim agreed to return to my property to finish the work, but after several delays, he stopped responding to my text messages entirely. I really wanted to hire Brothers Remodeling for more home projects, but I certainly will not do so after this experience!
Response from Brothers Remodeling LLC March 6, 2021I apologize for any miscommunication, I had fully agreed to reimburse the customer for the lights, she was supposed to get back to me with a price on how much the lights were and never did. As far as the painting, it was never agreed to be painted as that was never in the contract. I always do a thorough walk through with all my clients before the job is completed. Nothing was mentioned, the only time I even heard that the customer wanted the arch painted was when I reached out a few months later.
