Brown brothers concrete. I was disappointed, I contracted to have a driveway replaced (chipping), front door steps replaced (easy access for elderly parents), back patio, and a basement floor installed.
1. Driveway great job that included filling cracks on stamping and side carport.
2. Front steps great job, however they left the wood molds on. I had to ask them to remove the boards.
3. Back patio was sealed a matte finish, I asked for a high gloss.. They did correct it, but the gloss does not look anything like their brochure of finishes. They did not remove or take away their wood frames or the trash. I asked for rounded end corners at each bed of the patio, they said they forgot and offered a $100 discount. They also covered a sprinkler head, they did not correct the problem, even after a left them messages. No response.
4. Basement floor asked for high gloss, again the finish is not what was depicted in their brochure..
5. I was given an estimate of 6,000 however they upped the price by 3,000. Total $9,000. Dustin said he would send me a invoice outlining the costs, I still have not received it.
Would I recommend them? No -

when are you going to come out to rebuild my sidewalk and patio. I have been told several times when you would do it, but haven't seen anything done yet. Please, I need to have it done. Please contact me as my cell phone broke, and I need to hear from you.
