I didn't select the company that did the installation of my HVAC system. I contracted for a new system with Sears and they sub-contracted the installation work to High Point. I would not recommend them to your client. They arrived to do the job without some of the necessary materials, requiring that I personally go to Lowe's to procure those materials out of pocket. When the work was complete and after the crew left, I found that they failed to complete the installation, leaving the exhaust flue and other components disconnected. I had to call to have them return the next day to actually complete the work. In consideration of these facts, I would not recommend them to a friend or to anyone else, for that matter.
