Scheduled with Brown Electrical. Service tech (Luis) showed up, diagnosed the problem & was coming back the next day @ 1030 as we were leaving town in a couple of days! He never showed up! I tried to call & text several times. No response. I called Brown Electrical & a recording from Sean stated to leave a message. Problem was, his mailbox is full!!!! Very dissatisfied with my experience & would recommend they do a better job @ communicating with their clients!!! If for some reason they can’t make it...CALL THE HOMEOWNER!?
