He charged $40,000 more than his quote and quit half way through the job. A job that should have taken 4-6 month he fiddled around on for over a year, then packed up and left half way through claiming he ran out of funds because he spent the money I paid him on other jobs.

He started a project for us that he drug out for four months before walking away with unused funds in his pocket. Tried to reach him 3 times after that. Abandoned his equipment there for 8 months and I just had it moved. Guess I was just his storage facility because within 72 hours he called wanting his equipment and told us he ran out of money on the project last year. Should have fired them as soon as the slab was poured when the anchor bolts were in the wrong place. And I don’t mean just a smidge either. No I would not recommend this contractor.
