    Bath Remodel
    $12,000
    90 days
    Beware

He did our bath about ten years ago. Since then we have replaced: ALL the plumbing, the floor, one wall, the trim around the shower, the shower door and now this year the shower tiling (because it developed a leak.) One contractor we hired to repair the faults mentioned he makes a good living following "Ol' Ross" around the County. If you are a motel that redoes every five years and you don't mind paying a high price, then these guys are for you.

During our remodel, he actually disappeared for six weeks with no notice. He tried to charge me for work done wrong that he had to rework at the time (should have been a clue.) They damaged antique moldings and woodwork (so much for historic restorations) and tried to charge me for the repairs. If you look at the BBB site, they have a complaint about him that sounds very familiar, charging for work not done and needing to hire someone to finish the job. Why did we hire him? He was a family friend.
