Browns Heating & Air Conditioning

I had a New AC Unit installed by Brown's AC on May 27th 2021. They installed it and left before I went outside to hear that it was "Really Noisy" I immediately called and was told that it was just starting and would quiet down in a few hours after the house came to temp. After a couple of days of sitting on my back porch listening to the Noisy unit I called Bernie back and told him that it didn't quiet down and he needed to check it. On June 11th he came to look at it. He said it was so loud that he said he heard it as soon as he got out of his truck! He even took a video of the unit because it was so noisy! June 25th I finally got a response. "Finally got a hold of them have to come out and check orifice size amp draw pressure check voltage measurement left several messages for them I waited on hold for 1 hr 15 minutes until finally talked to someone." June 29th he came back to get the measurements. Finally after several texts on August 25, 2021 he came out to replace it with another "Brand" new one. It was very quiet at first. Just seems to get Noisier as time passes. It was a Very hot summer and most likely needs a well deserved rest. I was told that the warranty on the new unit started on the day of installation Aug.25th, but was never sent the receipt with the date. I asked several times with No response. I tried again and again and again and finally on October 14th he sent this.."There nothing changed when covered under warranty it still runs from original install date" When company replaces a unit under warranty it will be covered under original warranty." When he put in the unit I was told differently. Very disappointing that it took So Long to try to get resolved and the end results.. I lost out out on a $250.00 rebate with my electric co waiting for the receipt that I was told I would receive. I am not very likely to recommend Brown's AC to anyone. The excuses and problems that happened are not worth it.
