Philip C. Brown
Owner
In 2012 I built a new house with heated floors. ( I hired Phil Brown, after he was recommend by a friend that works for Frontier plumbing.) Phil Brown plumbed a toyo oil miser 0-180 ,and glycol to the system. When the toyo was started ,it would Clang ,Bang , all sorts of noise. Phil came back with another plumber ,after some adjustment and a new pump the operation has improved somewhat. At this time Phil complained about the cost of the new plumber @ $200 an hour, and the price of the new and larger pump. After some discussion about Phil's qualification to install the system, Phil expressed some doubts, and he quickly added he would do it right for another $3.500. After Phil left, I found a 5 gallon pail nearly full of Glycol by my back door. I called Phil, and he came back quite angry, accusing me that I would sue him etc. He then took some pictures of the system, and what temp. it was good for, ( I somehow found out that Phil had diluted the glycol and added a larger pump to the system.) Phil also hooked up my water system at this time! Fast forward to April 2016 I was having low water pressure and it took the well pump longer to satisfy, so I called Ice Brothers to check out the water system, after pulling the well pipe and some trouble shooting , they found that the water filter had been installed backwards ! I would not hire Phil to hook up a garden hose!
