Bruce is personable, efficient, responsive, and effective as a project supervisor. He answers calls or returns messages FAST. He hires the best builders, electricians, plumbers, etc. However, he is NOT a competent carpenter. DO NOT permit him to do anything beyond the installation of prefabricated cabinets and appliances. We accepted his bid to build a screened porch. It has been a disaster; requiring us to hire another carpenter who was utterly dismayed at the incompetent use and installation of materials. Pressure treated wood was painted! Of course it started peeling away. Decking material was butted glued directly to the roof with no spacing underneath. Bruce was befuddled as to why the entire floor buckled. DUH! Cost to repair what should have been done right the first time: $2700!!! No, thank you.
