  In response to DB., our work is guaranteed for 1 year. It is not guaranteed for storm damage. You stated on a phone conversation that your neighbor called you and told you that the shingles were coming off your roof because of high winds.....not bad work. You called the office phone number and never left a message. When you finally decided to leave a message, you did not leave your phone number. We were able to get the phone number from an old file. After a discussion, within 10 days, an employee was at your house to fix your shingles.....at no cost to you. There is NO roofing contractor that guarantees their work for more than 1 year. As you stated your project is 4 years old. Your issue is fixed, so next time you decide to bash someone on the internet, please tell the truth.

  Roofing

  I have been dealing unsuccessfully with this company since March 2021. He put a roof on my house 4 years ago and shingles are falling off. He lies days he will be back to fix and never shows up. I have called numerous times and receive no response. I will have to hire someone else to correct his terrible work. I then will sue him, and report him to the better business bureau. Customer beware!!!
