I would NOT recommend this man to anyone wanting something done properly! We called him for an emergency sewer issue and it was backing up into our house.. He seemed very friendly and willing to help at first contact.. he was suppose to come out next day to repair our pump but got hurt so he sent a couple of his employees to do so.. we were told once they left that we were fixed and everything was now running strong.. 2 days later, SAME PROBLEM!! Only now, our pump wouldn't kick on at all and was tripping the breaker so we couldn't use any water without risk of flooding our house AGAIN!! We immediately tried calling Bruce to express our concerns.. couldn't get through for hours!! Once he finally called us back, we were told he'd send his guys back out to look at it.. that was a JOKE!!! They didn't even pull the pump, but told my husband they didn't have time to spend anymore on this problem and that it was an "electrical issue" we'd need to call a different plumber or an electrician... LEFT US HANGING WITH NO WATER!!! We called another plumber
He examined the pump that Bruce Allen plumbing "Repaired" and concluded that when they "repaired" our pump, they'd left screws loose and water had entered our pump which is why it kept popping the electrical breaker!! So now, after spending an additional $643 we finally have a running working pump again NO THANKS TO BRUCE ALLEN!!! We also discovered in changing out the pump that the "new parts" that were used to "repair" our pump weren't new at all!! They were used parts from an old pump he had laying around!!! This business was COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL in our opinion and we'd NEVER recommend him to anyone!!! I hope this helps everyone avoid being screwed over like we were!!!
