    Multiple and varied: Bathrooms, kitchens, new floors, extensions.

    I have worked with Bruce on a number of projects. My wife and I buy and renovate single family homes, and then offer them for rental. Bruce is an integral part of how we work. He visits the potential purchases and helps us understand what we can do and what it will cost.

    He and his team work quickly and efficiently to get jobs done. As we rent our properties we want everything permitted. Bruce works well with the towns/cities to get that done.

    Could not be happier working with Bruce and with the work he does for us.
