Very rude unprofessional and aggressive. Yelled at me several times. I tried to show him a recording of the issue on the phone and set the phone down so he could see. Then I walked away from the phone to give him access to it. He yelled saying you keep walking away. I said I’m social distancing. Then he yelled and said he couldn’t hear me with my mask on. I asked him to leave my house.

Dishonest and incompetent. My home is a new-build and four years old. We’ve had Bruce Mechanical out to fix the AC four times. The first three times, they just replaced Freon. The fourth time they finally replaced the coil. The coil was still under warranty when it broke again last week. They are trying to charge me almost $1,000 for Freon alone, even though the warrantied coil is the reason it leaked. I’ve had several conversations with them about it, and most recently they’re trying to claim they’ve never been to my house. I have ALL the receipts. They are a crooked company and cannot be trusted. I would absolutely NOT recommend this company to anyone. Steer clear!
