Do not, under any circumstance, use this company. They went $100,000 over budget with zero documentation or communication. There was collusion with our mortgage broker and to top it off, the building didn't meet code. The concrete has cracked, the envelope leaks 4x the amount of air that is allowable, he used the wrong heat source and built an ADA bathroom that didn't meet ADA compliance. Beware.
to top it off, he took 6 months longer than promised and still didn't finish the job.
