Bruce and his crew will do the work when they decide to show up. What was originally said to be a 2-3 week project turned into a 2 month project. That’s because he does very little oversight, and his crew generally show up around 10:30, and leave at 2 most days of the week. That’s of course with exception to when they are in a hurry to finish after taking 6 weeks longer than expected, then they will rush through and spend all day for a couple of days if necessary. All seemed ok after we finally moved in, but it was only a matter of weeks before things started to show up. Kitchen cabinets door hinges falling off when you open, paint chipping off the cabinets, floors started coming up, and our favorite is the tile beginning to separate and ooze glue through the cracks. His solution, choose a different type of vinyl flooring because there was no way the glue they used would separate and start peeling off. Then, the storm door locked open one day and would not close, I purchased an exact replacement and his crew did o e out in very timely manner. They replaced the door, and besides the still unresolved complaints above, we thought all was good. However, less than a week later two expensive weed eaters disappeared from my carport, and whoever it was had detailed knowledge of where ,y cameras were, and that they were there. I filed a report with our local sheriffs office, but did not name them directly, because I had no proof, just coincidence in timing. Well, two months go by, and now the guest bathroom toilet is leaking around the base, and the flooring has water you can hear underneath it when you touch it. I sent a text message to Bruce and requested them to take a look at it, but that I would like another crew for the reasons I stated above. In truly unprofessional manner he immediately became defensive accusing me of wrongful behavior, and told me to take “my problems” elsewhere. I will gladly post pics of his unprofessional approach, and am now looking as to where I can make this both public, and request a reasonable refund to have the repairs of his shoddy work corrected by someone else. Apparently his work is “guaranteed” unless you actually ask for shoddy work to be repaired. I would not recommend his services.
