MY FIRST PHONE CALL WAS TO THE OWNER WHO IMMEDIATELY ASJ\KED ME TO CALL HIM WITH ANY COMPLAINTS WHICH TELLS ME HE MUST GET A LOT BECAUSE HE DIDNT EVEN INTRODUCE HIMSELF BEFORE TELLING ME HOW TO FILE A COMPLAINT...I EXPLAINED MY LAWN WAS DAMAGED AND I HAD JUST HIRED A CHEM COMPANY TO GET IT IN SHAPE AND THAT I NEEDED AN ESTIMATE..I TEXTED THAT REQUEST TO HIM AS HE ASKED ME TO DO..HIS PEOPLE SHOWED UP AND STATRED WORK WITH NO ESTIMATE GIVEN TO ME OR PERMISSION.....THEY COULDNT GET ONE OF THEIR MOWERS STARTED SO THEY LEFT THE YARD UN MOWED AND THE FRONT ALL UNEVEN AND ALSODIDNT EVEN EDGE PROPERLY..WHEN I CALLED TO ASK HIM ABOUT THIS HE DIDNT LET ME TALK HE JUST YELLED AND TALKED OVER E TELLING ME I OBVIOUSLY NEVER HAD A LANDSCAPER BECAUSE HIS CREW COMPLAINED TO HIM THAT THEY FELT I DIDNT HAVE PREVIOUS LAWN CARE ....OBVIOUSLY THAY CANT DO A LAWN BY THEWMSELVES....BECAUSE OF HIS RUDE BEHAVIOR SND YELLING I HAD TO HANG UP I TEXTED HIM THE NEXT DAY AND HE BAGAN TO THREATEN ME AND REFUSED TO STOP I HAVE VIDEOS OF THE LAWN AND HIS IRRATIONAL TEXT MESSAGES ANYON CAN CALL TO SEE THEM 516-225-5246

Horrible service. Bruce showed up to my home intoxicated & could barely stand long enough to get his equipment off of his truck. I ended up cancelling the service & it took him almost a half an hour to get his equipment back onto his big yellow truck because he couldn't walk straight & spent most of the time yelling.
