I contacted BP Friday, at almost 1pm in the afternoon with a stopped up toilet and incoming guests. I received a reply text message Friday, 12:49PM, "We will check it out." Now it is Sunday, 48 hours later. I began calling/texting again this morning when the guest notified me that no one had shown up.
The voice message at Bruces, Plumbing says to text to get a faster response. But, today, I have been calling and texting as this has become an emergency situation now that 48 hours has passed. I am getting not response from BP.
This is NO EMERGENCY NUMBER. This is really costing the guest, me in I am certain that I will have to refund part of this guests money, and I will end up with a bad review.
Lastly thing to note. BP has already fixed this problem before. This toilet was stopped up early February, BP unstopped and reset the toilet. And now problem is back. I dont know if the line wasn't totally cleared last time or if this is a new problem.
I am giving BP a less than 1 star on this call because I was counting on BP as a repeat customer and then on the reply text I received 48 hours ago that someone was on the way.
