We sprung a leak Sunday in one of our bathrooms. My son had trouble fixing it because it was Pex piping, which he was not familiar with. He went over to Bruno Brothers Plumbing in Billerica and wanted to hire their service, but their workers were all out on calls.
He explained that we haven’t had water in the house for 3 days. They told him how to work with Pex, showed him a video and sold him the very inexpensive parts he’d need to fix the problem.
They did not profit from this transaction, except to sell him parts that probably came to no more than $30. Who does that???
He brought home the parts, followed their instructions, and fixed the leaking pipe within an hour by himself. They’re a very busy company, and probably the best in the area, and in this case, they certainly put the customer ahead of their profit. We would certainly recommend them to anyone needing plumbing or HVAC service. Thank you, Bruno Brothers.
