The house was purchased on the bases the previous owner would give us an allowance for the repair of master bathroom. Found out that the shower pan and liner had been installed incorrectly, resulting in the entire sub floor being replaced with the addition of the shower being reconstructed, not to mention new ceramic tile. Deck on back porch was not built with seasoned wood, had to replace entire deck. French doors from formal living room to deck had to be replaced, they used interior doors. Window trim was not properly sealed, 22 windows had to be reframed. Because water leaked through the unfinished window frames, all the Hardie board and plywood needed to be replaced
