My father pasted and left behind several bills and a mortgage for his house. I had called a realtor to sell the house and she came in and told me the house would not sell in the condition it was in. The house had many problems, to start, it had water damage and termite damage to name just two. The house needed to be remodel in order to be sold. If I were to sell the house in the condition it was in, I would not have been able to pay off the mortgage. So, time to find a contractor affordable to do the work. I had a friend who suggested Bryan Construction, and to contact Steve S. I did just that and left a message on his answering machine. It wasn't 5 minutes and Steve returned my call. I told him my situation and he and one of his reps came out and gave me an estimate. He began work the following week and completed the work in an acceptable time. Quality of work is excellent and his workers are always on time, and their attitude was very professional. I was able to sell the house for more than the bills and mortgage and made a profit. Thank you Bryan Construction!
