    Bryan Jennings is easily influenced by General Contractors and for us conducted unethical practices and then blames it onto the General "that is what he told me to do" even if it is dishonest and again unethical.

    Failed to put shut offs to all the sinks and toilets relying on the Block system as the only way to turn water off.

    As long as you share an expectation, review the work, and pay only when it is done according to the agreement and expectations, Jennings does a fairly good job. Make sure you review the draws and get lien releases on all work done.

    Did the bare minimum. Its obvious that getting the job done as fast as possible was more important than doing a quality job. For example, plumber worked around a water softener and didnt bother to put in a loop off the main for me to do install later. Also, half the pex pipe was put in floor joists, and other half of piping is left exposed.
