    Install new propane heater & new central A/C
    $11,500

    This contractor does shoddy installions and then refuses to come back and fix the issues. Since 11/20, when I had a NEW cental A/C & NEW propane heater installed, I have had over $4,800 in expenses fixing what this contractor messed up. I called then every time there was an issue and they refused to come out. They are also not properly licensed for my area, even though the owner expressly stated that he and his team were properly credentialed. I found out AFTER i stated having problems that are not licensed. I trusted them and they took blatant advantage of my situation knowing that I was an elderly widow. They talk a good game but I feel they are dishonest in their representation and they do shoddy work. I have the pictures, bills and statements to prove it

    Worst experience ever with this company! The “owner”, Pete is a scam artist. I had him come out to do a repair on my hone air conditioning unit. $2500 later the thing still wasn’t working properly. I attempted to call them back in to follow up and fix my issue and they never returned my calls. The woman in the office, I believe her name is Stefanie, was rude and curt! I ended up having to call in someone else who replaced one part and charged me $500 and my air was up and running again.

    Best HVAC company EVER for commercial and residential jobs! I have used them to install commercial roof top units and ductless- and personally in my home and staff have hired them for their residences and we have nothing but fantastic results! They are fair, honest, and incredibly reliable- especially if our commercial units require immediate attention they are the ONLY service providers to show up same day- regardless!!! Couldn’t recommend them more!

    My husband and I both encountered pleasant exchanges both with the office personal and with the technician that came out. We initially thought we would try them out because they came highly recommended by our neighbors. I'm really glad that we decided to go with Bryn Mawr Mechanical because they did a fantastic job with the HVAC installation. They put in high velocity equipment and unlike the previous 2 quotes we had gotten, this company came in $3,000.00 cheaper!!! Who doesn't want to save that kind of money?!! To top it off the technician was very knowledgeable, Professional, courteous (wore booties in the house at all tines) and most importantly honest. He suggested that to my husband and I that we should consider going with slightly bigger equipment because the old equipment was not making the 2nd and 3rd floors cool enough. It barely kept up with our Big and older home. He gave me a few options and advised us what he recommended, but told us ultimately it was up to us. He didn't pressure us and he didn't keep calling us but instead he left us with a very professional proposal with the detailed options and each price and numerous references. The tech also gave us a book that helped us see all our different options because like most people we don't always understand the HVAC world. Before spending thousands on a lot of of equipment (we have 3 different systems in our home because it's so big) we decided to call 3 of the 8!references they Had given us. The references had nothing but positive feedback and suggestions and that's what sealed the deal because they could not think of 1 negative comment about Bryn Mawr Mechanical. It has been 2 years since we had the installation and we have not had any problems and unlike the previous equipment it is more quieter and we finally solved out water leak issues! We strongly and highly recommend this family owned company and suggest that you get other quotes so you can see that Bryn Mawr Mechanical beats any other quotes by thousands. Thank you so much Bryn Mawr Mechanical, I wish there were more small family owned companies like yourself because you definitely care and take the time to help people.

    I would recommend this company for any HVAC install or service. They always give me the best service and they did an installation at my office last year and at my house a few months ago. They did a phenomenal job. All the tech's are friendly and talented (my personal favorite is Pete).

    Heating, Air Conditioning, a d Refrigeration for all my restaurants (5)

    Great Refrigeration and HVAC team. They have been servicing us for 2.5 years and have NEVER let us down, not once. Whether it's during regular business hours or After hours if something breaks down in my restaurant, the office sends someone out within 1 hour. I was very Disturbed by a previous customer's review because they weren't true statements about Bryn Mawr Mechanical. It's hatefulness to attempt to tarnish this company's reputation. I urge that anyone who reads that please don't hesitate to hire this company. As a matter of fact, like we all have, Bryn Mawr Mechanical, had an employee that only lasted 3 weeks, but he came out & made a mistake, like we all do at one point or another and He misdiagnosed the problem. Pete (owner) came out the next day to follow up & noticed the mistake his tech made the previous day. He didn't charge me anything and I'm sure it would have cost me $500-$800. I was impressed how the office handled the issue and how the owner handled the problem. I would RECOMMEND this company but I definitely won't be eating at that pizza place, for talking bad on a family business that is such a beautiful family. Hasn't your mom ever taught you, if you don't have anything nice to say than don't say anything at all.     Great HVAC TEAM! The technician, Pete came out and was really knowledgeable about the multiple issues that were going on with my heat and AC. After $10,000 and 7 visits over 3 seasons, I'm finally warm. Additionally, the office is very friendly, nice and professional. Thank you Bryn Mawr Mechanical for helping us. I definitely recommend this company. It pays to choose this family run business because they care about their customers, never quit or charge until they achieved their goal, to satisfy our needs.

    Fix pizza table

    They came out 2 1/2 hours late to scheduled appointment and installed a new valve to our pizza table and charged us $600. The table was not fixed properly and I had to dispose of it the next day. I feel like I just paid all this money them knowing that it was all a waste of time and money. Never got an apology or money back and just not very good service. I should have taken a hint when they were so late to the appointment that this company was not dependable or professional.

    They were great, gave me fast honest service with no OT charges on a Saturday evening earlier this year, fixed our AC and underlying issues that the other companies didn't in previous years . Peter, the technician is always professional and sharp, I'm happy to have a maintenance agreement with the best HVAC company in the Mainline.

    We are building an addition and Bryn Mawr Mechanical is already completed all the electric, ducting and mechanical work with high efficient Trane equipment and did it in only 5 days! The other trades aren't even halfway done, and it was way less than what the bigger companies we see on tv charge- they gave us prices years ago and glad we can refer a company now that deserves a great review! I'm referring Bryn Mawr Mechanical to all my friends, neighbors, and family.

    The senior technician that came out to our house was very professional and more importantly, knowledgeable. We've had the same on going problems for the last two years and have had at least 4 different companies attempt to fix it. The technician that came out from Bryn Mawr mechanical diagnosed the issue in 5 and fixed the problem in 30 minutes, just in time for a very cold winter. I HIGHLY recommend Bryn Mawr Mechanical as they're fast, economical (low prices), professional and have a great customer service department. The techs are INTELIGENT, QUALIFIED AND TRAINED TO HANDLE ALL HVACR issues for all commercial and residential jobs.
