It's true, he's a huge thief and he's really good at that. He and his wife Bobby have been swindling people all over West Mi for 30 years. They take money up front and disappear without finishing the job. He has a felony criminal record for falsifying bank documents and stealing bank payouts on projects. They prey on rich people and poor people, makes no difference to them. Stay clear.

It would be nice to give this thief ZERO stars. Check his criminal record, which doesn't even account for the 100s of poor people (who couldn't afford to sue or convince police to press charges) who were ripped off for $5,000 here, $5,000 there, sometimes more. He moves from area to area when it gets dangerous for him or he runs out of people to swindle. He and his wife Roberta are in it together, absolutely amoral criminals. Amazing that someone hasn't killed them yet. These comments are true, appropriate and accurate.

We contracted with Dave and Bobbie Bryson two home builds. The first went well, great woodworking quality...but conned us for $30,000. The second was in progress. We thought we had an airtight system in place to save us from contractor theft. Not the case...he forged lein waivers and ran with over $75,000. He was convicted in criminal court. And pleaded no contest after a year of depositions and legal expense in civil court. We knew we would never recover the full amount...and did not. We hoped that his convictions on the public record would save others from similar loss. If you use Dave Bryson, you will be exposing yourself to theft...Dave and Bobbie are cleaver. Beware...find someone else.
