Emphasis on Honest.
Third time they came to our rescue in 8 years with “repair”
instead of “replace”.
Big heat-pump for 4800sq ft house in Albemarle county.
Major replacement cost
avoided by dealing with this company. First issue
was years ago when two
local HVAC service companies told us only option was replace.
B was referred to us and personally repaired unit.
This last issue was due to 12/22 ice storm, I was sure unit was wrecked as it took a thrashing and froze solid, nope B’s man fixed unit quickly and up and running perfectly. Its a Trane,
so their philosophy is, you got a good unit, lets fix it. All I can say is THANK YOU ! and it restored my faith in some contractors, not all. I trust this contractor has my back.
