We had Jim, owner of BSR construction do a retaining wall that cost over $16k in the summer of 19'. Since that time it has failed and he refuses to repair it. He has given us a multitude of excuses, Covid, truck was stolen, etc…But when I have a “friend” reach out for new work he can get to it in 3 weeks, or by just looking at his website you can see the customer reviews during the time he claims to not be working. After over a year of putting me off, now he claims to not have a receipt to the work he did.
