    Kitchen remodel and full bath

We hired Todd to do a complete kitchen remodel including the addition of a full bath and laundry. His suggestions on the design were beneficial from the beginning and he also was flexible and partnered with our architect very well. Todd is a hands-on contractor doing much of the work personally himself and bringing in subs when required. We were especially pleased with his methodical approach to the finish work he did in the three rooms including the installation of cabinets the tile work and the finish carpentry. Our only challenge with Todd was that the project extended longer than we anticipated but we were able to work through it together. After enjoying the finished project for several months we had a issue with an electrical outlet. We called him and he jumped on the issue and solved it using his electrical sub. While his sub fixed the outlet Todd adjusted several cabinets for us and made sure we were completely satisfied. We feel like he is a man of his word and stands behind his work.

We expected a kitchen remodel to be done in a month. Both my husband and I worked and were not home. He did not show up most days with work increasingly being delayed. Things were added on to the project that we did not approve of (replacing our hardwood floors that were original to the house, or forgetting to insulate the floors when they did bring them up. He then made several false claims that his equipment was being stolen from our site (when he wasn't even there). And, some of our things went missing (such as a large drive-able car for our kid). At the end, I ended up doing most of the painting as a home owner, and his grandfather finished the job after kicking Todd off the project. This was many years ago, he may have changed.

Interior finish work for a new addition
    $20,000

Our experience with Todd was much more positive than the review above. We built an in-law addition in 2013 and hired Todd to perform interior finish work to include bathroom tile, woodwork, painting and building some shelving. His work was exceptional and when there were some minor issues he promptly addressed them. He was great to work with and I would recommend him. I do however agree that his full time job did at times impact the project but he worked very late at times to make up the schedule. We found his work impeccable and our experience was very positive.

    bathroom renovations
    $14,000

I have wanted to post a negative review on this contractor for over a year and a half, but held off.
I had my bathrooms remodeled. When we signed the contract he lead me to believe he would be starting in a week, October 2016. I didn't realize he works full time and fits his "clients" in on his days off. Not what I wanted. I needed these bathrooms done as promised. I had to fight tooth and nail to get it done. Two days before a party I had planed in December he comes to my house and finishes (rushing mind you) the job. He is at my house until after 12.00 am. I was very put out as I really wanted to go to bed but he was working in my half bath off my bedroom.
    Very unprofessional.
He puts a hole in my brand new vanity door, and when I show him, he tells me he will get me a new door. Still haven't got one.
A week after the finished project, the bathroom started to leak into my basement. Called the plumber back and he couldn't find anything wrong. Leak had stopped.
Fast forward a to last week, June 2018 and now I have a massive leak coming from my tub in my basement. We call Todd who give us his plumber's name.
His name is Kevin Newcomb (Home Run Handyman) and do not ever hire him.
He comes to our house and processed to tell us that Todd had nailed into the pipes to the hot water going into the tub and somehow it lasted until now to burst. Kevin said it happens a lot. WHAT??? I pay all this money to a supposedly professional team and this happens!! So $170.00 later, Kevin fixes it. But wait, a day later when I go to use the shower, the water will not stop leaking. We take off the cover only to find he didn't seat the valve in correctly.
We feel inside the wall and find that the "fix" he did, didn't fix it. The pipe he fixed is leaking.
STAY AWAY FOR THIS TAG TEAM THEY ARE AWFUL.
I have never dealt with such unprofessional people. Todd always had an excuse as to why he couldn't make it and NEVER wanted to bring any of his "help" with him. I could never understand why until he said he didn't want to have to split the money with them.
