Highly recommend NOT using Buck Creek Properties to build anything other than a dog house or chicken coop, etc. Most subs were sloppy and unskilled. Foundation poured 5 ft too long, We had to show plumbers a picture of how to install 2 water filters so they would have support on wall rather than just jutting out into open space in crawl space. Roof gable end was warped & took hack job to straighten.most doors were hung crooked , leaving gaps & not latching correctly. Hardie plank siding installed sloppily with too narrow of flashing, nails breaking off corners & pushing through siding, & not painting cut ends of boards & trim. Concrete driveway was poured over bottom of siding which had to be cut out later.
Many inspections failed the first time, including final inspection for several reasons, which took an extra month to straighten out.
Would not recommend!!!
