New construction

We bought a spec house from Kim in 2018 and have nothing but good things to say about our experience. The house is solid, well-constructed and we love it. Any of the usual details that come with new construction were quickly and professionally handled. We would recommend Kim Sanford to anyone seeking a quality home.
