    Convert a 1 bedroom to a 2 bedroom apartment

    I would be more than happy to recommend Kenny to anyone. He is straightforward, helpful, and easy to deal with. He finds a way to do what you’d like rather than give you a million reasons why you can’t do it. The quality of his workmanship is excellent, and where problem did exist, he was quick to the mark to fix them rather than putting the blame on someone else.

    Incidentally Kenny did a complete conversion from a 1 bedroom to a 2 bedroom apartment in a historic building near Rittenhouse Square. The project was a complete renovation – new plumbing, wiring, kitchens and bathrooms. Walls were moved! And all on the 3rd and 4th floors of a historic building with no elevator. It was a real challenge but the end result is fabulous.
