My new kitchen is awesome! Mike Buddemeyer Construction Co. did an excellent job! My Marco condo kitchen remodeling project involved opening up the area, knocking down walls, raising the ceiling, putting in canned lighting, moving the electric panel, installing new cabinets, countertops, backsplash and appliances. I’ve heard horror stories from friends who have remodeled and had major problems with their contractors! I also heard good things about Buddemeyer, like “You can’t go wrong with Buddemeyer,” so I went with Mike.
Mike came in with his plumber, electrician and painter to go over the plan I had in mind and work out any problems. I was given a list of places to go looking for cabinets, countertops, plumbing and appliances. I was informed of any problems/questions as the work progressed and sent pictures since I was not in Florida during this time.
The project took several months as expected but it was well worth it! Everything worked out beautifully – better than I imagined! All the appliances fit perfectly, the lighting, cabinets/backsplash, pantry, corners and edges, all finished perfectly! And the rest of the condo was cleaned and looked just like I left it. I am extremely satisfied with the work/cost and would highly recommend working with Mike Buddemeyer and his team of professionals!

We completely remodeled 2 bedroom 2 bath beachfront condo. Mike Buddemeyer went over and above to understand what we were looking for and to explain what the options were. We ended up re-tiling the entire unit floor and redoing the ceilings throughout. We remodeled the kitchen with new cabinets and counter tops, raised the ceiling 6 inches and knocked out a wall and a counter top. Plumbing and electrical completely redone. Both baths completely redone. Mike was always available and extremely organized and knowledgeable. He took the time to answer every question and was very patient. Everything was done on time and as outlined. We had no hassles with the building management or condo association or inspectors. He was clearly the best of the 6 contractors we interviewed. We are extremely pleased with the result and would work with him again.
