Please do not use this person for your heating and air service needs. He told me he would be at my house and I waited for 2 hours while he would not return my calls. He showed up as I was leaving to go to work and acted like he was only a few minutes late. Does not care about your time and is very unprofessional.

I had a positive experience. He showed up on time, returned calls, gave me options with great explanations of each and was experienced and willing to work with the City for financing. After new unit was installed he left both the inside and outside areas clean and provided instructions for new unit and warranty info. I will call Buddy's when I replace my other unit or if I need repair.
