We did have a gas re-piping project done in 2013 and the plumbers we hired (Budget Plumbing) in turned hired NY Engineer Assoc. They did a perfectly fine job and was able to get the filing done in a timely manner. However, it was all done through Budget Plumbing whom I highly recommend.
