I had several issues with this company. They present as great but in my opinion they are underhanded, sneaky and I would not recommend them. I put the majority of this on the project manager. You would think a project manager would be in contact with the consumer during the course of the project. Then he relied on the install crew to tell them the plywood count which changed after I got the final bill and rebilled because he said he spoke with the crew, now he claims to have images he is sending. In all honesty I would avoid them if you can.
