    Bud did an excellent job completing restoration work at my sister's home which had water damage. He is very reliable and trustworthy. He completed the work in a timely manner. Bud also repaired the dining room ceiling in my Condo. Thanks Bud for jobs well done

    My experience with this contractor was, unfortunately, not positive. I did not work with him and would not in the future. He came out to my home before leaving for his vacation and did a walk through for my shed repair. I reached out to him and detailed the work project. When he entered the shed, he was dramatic when he noticed the mold (which, again, I had given detail on in the description of the work entailed)so, there was that shock factor to make it more dramatic and crank up the price....and he stated "it's more than a roof repair"; of course, it was, if he had paid attention to my description that you have to detail in order to obtain the correct service contractor, he would have known that already. He then warned me that wood was expensive, trying to test me to see if I was able to afford him.....I told him I was aware of that, especially because of the pandemic. He told me it was a tricky project (it was on a hillside), however, I believe the drama comes from hiking up the cost of the project, and he took my email and said he would send out an estimate. I NEVER received the estimate he promised to send; I reached out to him by email asking for him to pls send it so I could get on a list if he was chosen, he NEVER replied to the email, and I contacted him by phone, NEVER replied. He totally dismissed me. I had to say to him, "it was nice meeting you"; he wasn't personable, at all, and from the lack of response, very disrespectful and dishonest...he didn't do what he advised he would; I wouldn't trust someone like this...he was all about money (he also asked where I found him...so, that showed me he wanted to be sure where his advertisements were being noticed). I found him to be arrogant, deceitful, and untrustworthy, based on my short meeting with him. Personally, I would not use him in the future....and my shed has been repaired in much less of the time span that he quoted (which, by the way, he probably extended because he wasn't interested in doing this job). Bud W, be honest with people. Very rude to dismiss people.

    Regarding pricing comments. I never tried price dodging as she states. I just wanted her to know the pricing of lumber materials at the time was very expensive and did not know if she wanted to wait until pricing came back down in order to save money. My business has a five-star rating within the BBB and the accusations in this review are untrue. I hope the project did turn out well for her
