    This was the worst contractor I have ever met in my entire life.
    I had purchased several homes to remodel and sell and I wanted to make sure they all had good roofs.When I hired Jerome he said he would be fast and make sure the job was done correctly .So I was all for a job well done .I should of noticed when he 1st started the job he was always having to leave to go buy this and that and this was almost everyday .So I would say he spent more time at stores than the job site .He and his team left a huge mess while taking off the old roof he hadn't ordered a trash can for the job he was putting it all on the side of the house .We found debris everywhere.The neighbors were very upset about this.Some of his team would be blasting the music so loud I had several complaints about it .The left cigarette butts all over the yard and never cleaned them up.It was like a hangout instead of a worksite.The job took way longer than he promised and when I went up to look at it I was so disappointed it looked so bad.I was better off leaving the old one .I had given them the benefit of the doubt and thought maybe after it was complete it would look better .Since that was their specialty not mine.It took almost a whole month and a week till they had finished .The job was done so poorly .When we got our 1st storm there were several leaks that I had in the inside .It destroyed the inside of the house since this is a home that is not occupied .I didn't come by to see what had happened till a few day's after the storm .And I walked into to a disaster .Not only did I have to pay for a whole new roof the company I hired would not even touch it unless we took it all down .It was unable to be salvaged .I am so glad I didn't have him do the other homes to do .I guess you get what you pay for and that is my fault for trying to save a few dollars instead I ended up paying more than I needed to .
    I will never recommend this company they are very unprofessional and don't do quality work .

    I am a landlord and Jerome Zambrano and his crew did the job for me on two roofs that needed work, it took them two days on each job to do the TPO material on the roofs and he had excellent customer service, everything was done quickly and efficiently, and I would recommend him HIGHLY to anyone who needs any services done, and not to mention the price he charged was great!

    We got contacted by Jerome the owner and he gave us a description of what he could do for us. We were selling the house so we needed something done quick. Jerome told us he was going to use something called "Gaco Roofing" he swore up and down that he uses this product on all his major big business and he never has any problems with it. So we paid him, and He used a completely different product on the roof that cost about 1/4 of the price. It was just a Henry Roof Coating. and then said that he never promised The gaco roofing when my realtor and the individuals who were buying the house heard him say that brand. Anyway he removed all the gravel from the top of the house and in that process, it managed to cause a Leak in the roof. When contacted him about it, all him and his team did was fill these new leaks with more of this coating and expected it to work. Next rain storm the roof leaked so bad we had to file and insurance claim, and had to pay a different roofer a much more elaborate fee. When contacted Jerome about it, he offered to give us some of the money we gave him back since we had so many issues. its been almost 6 months, he's been giving us the run around just for the small reimbursement. Never again will I use this company or will I Recommend them to any one.

    This contractor, Jerome Zambrano, did a terrible job on my bathroom. He stopped coming to the job and did not pay his workers. He did keep calling to request more money. He made up big lies about why he could not supervise the project. I am having to pay another contractor to rip out all the tile, as it was installed improperly and both the toilet and shower are leaking. If you see Jerome and his crew, RUN the other way. Do not give this man the time of day. He is a pathological liar and will say anything to get in your pocket.
