    You know that scene in a horror movie where someone looks back in terror and then says RUN!!!! this is my advice to anyone who is looking to use BUILD4LESS, RUN in the other direction as far away from them as you can.
    BUILD4LESS- HONESTY

    BUILD4LESS-INTEGRITY
    The list goes on and on.
    The grout Is coming up out of my floors every day. when they tried to replace the grout they were able to lift the tile up because it's not even glued down so every time we step on it you can hear the concrete board cracking under your feet.
    The tile in my kitchen is uneven everywhere so my high heels are always getting caught because the tile is uneven everywhere.
    The plumbing that they did has had to be fixed and repaired in different areas of the house.
    Time doesnt permit for me to list everything, if I could I would.
    Don't even trust their sub contractors, Nieto's construction, because they just lie lie lie and then when you think they can't lie anymore they lie some more..
    They had one negative review when I researched them And when I asked them about the review they downplayed it I should have listened to that 1 negative review and I am sure that they will probably have a lot of their friends write phony reviews to push my review down to the bottom but if you read this, heed my advice and find someone else because you are going to pay for this with your time you are going to pay for this with mental anguish you are going to pay for this with stress and distress on top of all the money that you're gonna spend. Again I say RUN AWAY!!!!!!
    I have to pay more money to have my floors redone by a reputable company.... I'm just disgusted.
    Please look at the pictures of the unfinished work on Yelp.
    If a picture is worth a 1000, words then these pictures hopefully will save someone tens of thousands of dollars and heartache.

    My husband and I have used B4L on two major projects, one outside and one indoors. On both jobs the team of folks used were nice, clean, and got the job done in the time frame we were promised. We will definitely use them again.
