We chose Bob to build our large home and it turned out wonderfully. In fact, we built during the worst supply chain issues cause by Covid and Bob was always ahead of the game and we completed our custom home faster than most other large custom homes were being built. We have been living in this home now for over a year and everything is great. We have so much value in this home that we are considering selling and building new again. Of course, we wouldn’t use anyone but Bob for our future builds.

I would not have them build my house again.. I bought a home that they built and it looks beautiful until you get past that “honeymoon phase” the house had dust all over it when we moved in. It was not cleaned at all. There is TONS of “finish work” that was incomplete or done very poorly. I’m very frustrated and annoyed. We spent very good money for our house & still a year later we are finding issues with the place. I changed a light bulb out today and the fixture literally fell out. Very frustrating when you buy a brand new home.
All the door handles were loose when we moved in. The grout has cracked all over the place in both the master bathroom and guest bathroom (more than a “normal wear and tear”). Our counter top is uneven so water pools behind the faucet and causes mold build up if not constantly soaked up.
I do not recommend this company at all.
