I hired this group to do a few small projects needed before placeing my house up for sale. Rustin and Travis seemed very knowlegeable and the price was right. After a date change and then an explanation that one of the workers would have to bring their son, they arrived as scheduled and completed the majority of the work. There were just a few things left to do and Travis reassured me he'd be back the next day to finish the job. At that point I paid for the work in full.
No one has come back to finish.
I've experienced reschedules and no shows, no response to phone calls or text messages. A ladder and some tools were left behind and I can't get them to pick those up. I had to hide them behind my half wall when the listing pictures were taken.
I am frustrated and don't know how else to get them to respond. Tomorrow is the last day for them to make good on their work. If they continue to ignore me I will either have to try to complete the work myself or hire someone else to do the work I've already paid for.
You would be wise not to hire this contractor group.
